A review of 2017
As 2017 is now firmly behind us, I want to take this opportunity to thank all my clients, partners and supporters for working with us. Last year was a big one for us…
We expanded our team by hiring Nick – our full-time developer! Nick has been helping many of you with your website updates, changes and support. He’s also instrumental in building all of our new sites.
We completed 14 websites in 2017, which I think is a new record for us!!! And of course: hundreds of tweaks, fixes, updates and upgrades.
We received a whopping 6184 emails through our main address. And we responded to each one in an average of only 6 hours and 36 minutes.
We launched our biggest project ever! Duo Boots is a global fashion retailer and our first Shopify Plus client. We learnt a lot through this process and I feel fitter than ever to support larger clients wanting to work with us.
We re-branded our website and re-launched the business – aiming to make it easier for clients to find the content they need. We put more emphasis on the free tools, guides and blog articles that we produce. In the future, we have plans to create more members only content and provide even better material to help our clients grow.

One of our clients came in the top-5 of the Brave Brand of the Year Award.
And I moved to London and began working with clients in ‘the big smoke’. The move was both personally and professionally motivated and thus far, I’m really enjoying it. I haven’t neglected Devon though. It’s such a special place for me and I spend around a week-per-month in Exeter still.
