Do I have to use a specific platform?

No. We're platform-agnostic — we'll work in whatever email tool suits your business (like Mailchimp), or recommend one and migrate you if what you've got isn't right. You always own the list.

Will you write the emails, or do I need to?

We can do as much or as little as you want. Most clients have us write and design the campaigns end-to-end. Some prefer to draft the copy themselves and have us handle design, build, and send. Tell us which fits.

How long before I see results?

Automations — welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase — tend to start producing revenue within days of going live. Regular campaigns build up over weeks and months as the list grows and you learn what your audience responds to.

What about deliverability? Will my emails actually land?
