How long does a website take?
Give us your deadline and we'll work to it. Small projects launch in days, most websites in a few weeks. Larger Shopify Plus or multi-language builds run longer — we'll be specific in your quote.
Can I really edit it myself?
If you want to edit your own pages, yes — we can set the site up to make that easy, with training and a custom guide. Some clients prefer us to handle updates for them. Tell us which fits and we'll quote accordingly.
What does "AI-first" actually mean?
We use AI to speed up many areas of our work. Things like data gathering, research, draft copy, generating first-pass imagery, and scaffold code. It doesn't mean your site is full of AI gimmicks — it means we ship faster and spend more time on craft.
Do you handle branding too?
Yes — branding and design is something we offer alongside web work. If you've already got a brand we'll work within it. If you don't, or yours needs refreshing, we can scope branding as its own piece of work to run alongside the build.
Will you host the site?
We encourage our customers to host with us so we can be efficient with providing changes & support. We offer UK-based managed hosting with backups, SSL, and uptime monitoring. Or you can host it elsewhere — we'll hand over everything you need.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope. We offer project pricing for fixed-scope builds, hourly rates for ongoing tweaks, and day rates for focused sprints. We'll recommend the right model and quote firmly after a short discovery call.
