Our price for this recovery service will vary dependent upon the size of the site and the complexity of the attack but having a support plan will make this process less painful and cheaper for you. Remember: always use strong passwords!

Does the support allowance roll-over month-to-month?

No, each month you must use or lose your benefits. However, the value in our plans goes far beyond the support time - we're doing so much behind the scenes for our members to ensure the long term stability and enhancement of your website.

Who is responsible for data stored on my website?

We can help to update WordPress or change the content on your site - but the ultimate responsibility for managing the security and safety of your customers data on your website is yours.
